Search Engines
Google has long been the leading search engine, and has expanded to providing a variety of services. However, a few new search engines have been activated by Apple – you just need to change your default in Settings > Safari.
Ecosia is a search engine that plants trees with their ad revenue! How awesome is that! They’ve already planted over 100 million trees and keep the count on their homepage.
DuckDuckGo has been an Apple option for almost a year and is an internet search engine that emphasizes protecting searchers’ privacy. They, in particular, avoid the filter bubble of personalized search results. DuckDuckGo distinguishes itself by not profiling its users and by showing all users the same search results for a given search term.

This new platform is like a mix between Instagram and TikTok. There’s lots of really professional photos for inspiration here!
