Buying a Diamond

I basically just Pinterest stuff for yall ❤

If you’re in the market for a diamond, we’re here to break it down for you and help you throughout your engagement process. We’re so excited for you. I love Adamant by Lisa Bevere, and recall a portion of the book where she talks about how special a diamond is due to its strength and resilience. May your love be like this…

The Four c’s

I’m sure you’ve heard this before, but I guess it’s time to get familiar?

The 4 C’s of diamonds are: cut, color, clarity, and carat. The cut refers to the shape and make of a diamond. The color refers to the amount of yellowness in a diamond and is graded on an alphabetical scale from D to Z. The clarity is based on the presence or the absence of inclusions within a diamond. And the carat unit measurement values the diamond’s weight.

I like this chart from that I found on Pinterest.

Stone Count

I love a three-stone ring ❤ Three is a really special number: the Trinity (Father, Son & Holy Spirit), three days before the resurrection, etc.

I hope that in your relationship you have GOD. He’s the foundation upon which the two of you will be able to be sustained. If you are not in a faith-based relationship, I encourage you to seek God above all things and know that He loves and accepts you – and is waiting for you to rise to His challenge.

Finally, if you are just buying yourself a ring – and maybe making a commitment to stay pure for God, this can have an extra significant meaning.

A cord of three strands is not easily broken.

— Ecclesiastes 4:12
